The dissolution and liquidation of a medical corporation is to be subject to court supervision.
医療法人の解散及び清算は、裁判所の監督に属する。
A court may conduct the necessary investigations for the supervision set forth in the preceding paragraph at any time, sua sponte.
裁判所は、職権で、いつでも前項の監督に必要な検査をすることができる。
A court supervising the dissolution and liquidation of a medical corporation may seek the opinion of the prefectural governor, or may commission an investigation thereby.
医療法人の解散及び清算を監督する裁判所は、都道府県知事に対し、意見を求め、又は調査を嘱託することができる。
The prefectural governor provided for in the preceding paragraph may state their opinion to the court provided for in the same paragraph.
