The fiscal year of a medical corporation is to begin on April 1 and end on March 31 of the following year; provided, however, that this does not apply when it is otherwise specified in the articles of incorporation or act of endowment.
医療法人の会計年度は、四月一日に始まり、翌年三月三十一日に終るものとする。ただし、定款又は寄附行為に別段の定めがある場合は、この限りでない。
