The founder of a facility for receiving online medical care must, as provided by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, make public that the facility for receiving online medical care conforms to the standards set forth in Article 14-3, paragraph (1) in relation to the matters listed in paragraph (2), item (ii) of that Article, and other matters specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as contributing to the selection of facilities for receiving online medical care by the administrator of a hospital, etc. providing online medical care.
オンライン診療受診施設の設置者は、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、当該オンライン診療受診施設が第十四条の三第二項第二号に掲げる事項に係る同条第一項の基準に適合する旨その他のオンライン診療実施病院等の管理者のオンライン診療受診施設の選択に資するものとして厚生労働省令で定める事項を公表しなければならない。
