The provisions of Article 63, paragraph (1) apply mutatis mutandis to the person seeking a judicial decision consisting of a declaration of presumed death or rescinding a declaration of presumed death, if the judicial decision in question has become final and binding. In this case, the date on which a person is deemed to have died pursuant to the provisions of Article 31 of the Civil Code must also be entered in the written notification of the declaration of the person's presumed death.
