In order to ensure that the operations of public employment security offices and other employment security agencies are carried out effectively, personnel who exclusively engage in operations that implement this Act at the main employment security bureau, prefectural labor offices, or public employment security offices must be persons who have the qualifications and experience that the National Personnel Authority prescribes.
公共職業安定所その他の職業安定機関の業務が効果的に行われるために、職業安定主管局、都道府県労働局又は公共職業安定所において、専らこの法律を施行する業務に従事する職員は、人事院の定める資格又は経験を有する者でなければならない。
