If a provider of paid employment placement services discontinues its paid employment placement services, it must file a notification of this with the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare without delay, pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
有料職業紹介事業者は、当該有料の職業紹介事業を廃止したときは、遅滞なく、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、その旨を厚生労働大臣に届け出なければならない。
When a notification has been made under the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the license referred to in Article 30, paragraph (1), will cease to be effective.
