Supplementary Provisions, Article 10Transitional Measures Concerning Procedures for Cases Relating to Emergency Suspension Orders
第十条（緊急停止命令に係る事件の手続に関する経過措置）
The provisions then in force continue to govern the procedures for the cases prescribed in Article 70-13, paragraph (1) of the Former Act and in Article 70-7, paragraph (1) of the Former Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 70-14, paragraph (2) of the Former Act that are pending before a court at the time this Act comes into effect.
この法律の施行の際現に裁判所に係属している旧法第七十条の十三第一項及び旧法第七十条の十四第二項において準用する旧法第七十条の七第一項に規定する事件の手続については、なお従前の例による。
