第十五条（文書提出命令の特則についての経過措置）
The provisions of Articles 80 through 83 of the New Act on Prohibition of Private Monopolization apply to actions filed on or after the Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern actions filed before the Effective Date.
新私的独占禁止法第八十条から第八十三条までの規定は、施行日以後に提起された訴えについて適用し、施行日前に提起された訴えについては、なお従前の例による。
