Supplementary Provisions, Article 14Transitional Measures Concerning Procedures for Requests by Interested Persons for Inspection and Copying
第十四条（利害関係人の閲覧謄写請求手続に関する経過措置）
With regard to a disposition on a request for the inspection or copying of case records made pursuant to the provisions of Article 70-15 of the Former Antimonopoly Act before the day on which the provisions prescribed in the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
附則第一条ただし書に規定する規定の施行の日前に旧独占禁止法第七十条の十五の規定によりされた事件記録の閲覧又は謄写の求めに対する処分については、なお従前の例による。
