第四条
The provisions then in force continue to govern measures necessary to eliminate acts in violation of the provisions of Article 9-2, paragraph (1), Article 11, paragraph (1) or (2), or Article 17 (limited to the part pertaining to Article 9-2, paragraph (1) or Article 11, paragraph (1) or (2) of the Former Act) of the Act on Prohibition of Private Monopolization and Maintenance of Fair Trade prior to amendment, as it existed before the Effective Date (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Act").
施行日前にあった改正前の私的独占の禁止及び公正取引の確保に関する法律（以下「旧法」という。）第九条の二第一項、第十一条第一項若しくは第二項又は第十七条（旧法第九条の二第一項又は第十一条第一項若しくは第二項に係る部分に限る。）の規定に違反する行為を排除するために必要な措置については、なお従前の例による。
