Supplementary Provisions, Article 3
第三条
The provisions of Article 7, paragraph (2) of the New Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 8-2, paragraph (2) and Article 20, paragraph (2) of the New Act) and Article 7-2, paragraph (1) of the New Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 8-3 of the New Act) do not apply to acts that have already ceased to exist before the day on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date").
新法第七条第二項（新法第八条の二第二項及び第二十条第二項において準用する場合を含む。）及び新法第七条の二第一項（新法第八条の三において準用する場合を含む。）の規定は、この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前に既になくなつている行為には、適用しない。
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 7-2, paragraph (1) of the New Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 8-3 of the New Act) to an act that began before the Effective Date and ended on or after the Effective Date, the period from the Effective Date until the day on which the business activities as the implementation of the act cease is deemed to be the period of implementation.
施行日前に開始され、施行日以後に終わつた行為に対する新法第七条の二第一項（新法第八条の三において準用する場合を含む。）の規定の適用については、施行日から当該行為の実行としての事業活動がなくなる日までの期間を実行期間とみなす。
