At the request of a person provided for in the main clause of Article 15, paragraph (1), the assistant, or the assistant supervisor, the family court may issue a ruling that grants the assistant authority to represent the person under assistance in respect of specified juridical acts.
家庭裁判所は、第十五条第一項本文に規定する者又は補助人若しくは補助監督人の請求によって、被補助人のために特定の法律行為について補助人に代理権を付与する旨の審判をすることができる。
The provisions of Article 876-4, paragraph (2) and paragraph (3) apply mutatis mutandis to the ruling referred to in the preceding paragraph.
