Article 857Rights and Duties in Respect of Physical Custody of a Minor Ward
第八百五十七条（未成年被後見人の身上の監護に関する権利義務）
The guardian of a minor has the same rights and duties as a person exercising parental authority with respect to the matters prescribed in Article 820 through Article 823;provided, however, that in order to change the plan of education or residence fixed by a person exercising parental authority, in order to give the minor permission to do business, or in order to revoke or limit that permission, the guardian must obtain the consent of the supervisor, if there is one.
未成年後見人は、第八百二十条から第八百二十三条までに規定する事項について、親権を行う者と同一の権利義務を有する。ただし、親権を行う者が定めた教育の方法及び居所を変更し、営業を許可し、その許可を取り消し、又はこれを制限するには、未成年後見監督人があるときは、その同意を得なければならない。
