Article 616-2Termination of Lease Due to Loss of the Whole of a Leased Thing
第六百十六条の二（賃借物の全部滅失等による賃貸借の終了）
If it comes to no longer be possible to use or profit from the whole of a leased thing due to grounds such as loss, the lease is terminated thereby.
賃借物の全部が滅失その他の事由により使用及び収益をすることができなくなった場合には、賃貸借は、これによって終了する。
