Article 529-3Offers of Reward to the Public Made Without Specifying Period for Performance of Requested Act
第五百二十九条の三（指定した行為をする期間の定めのない懸賞広告）
An offeror of reward to the public may withdraw the offer to the public made without specifying a period during which the requested act should be performed, if no person completes the requested act; provided, however, that this does not apply if, in the offer to the public, the offeror manifests the intention not to withdraw the offer.
懸賞広告者は、その指定した行為を完了する者がない間は、その指定した行為をする期間を定めないでした広告を撤回することができる。ただし、その広告中に撤回をしない旨を表示したときは、この限りでない。
