Article 491Appropriation in Cases More Than One Performance Should Be Tendered
第四百九十一条（数個の給付をすべき場合の充当）
If more than one performance should be tendered to discharge a single obligation, if the person that must perform tenders any performance which is not sufficient to extinguish the obligation in its entirety, the provisions of the preceding three Articles apply mutatis mutandis.
一個の債務の弁済として数個の給付をすべき場合において、弁済をする者がその債務の全部を消滅させるのに足りない給付をしたときは、前三条の規定を準用する。
