The owner of a servient land may use structures installed on the servient land for the exercise of the servitude to the extent the use does not obstruct the exercise of that servitude.
承役地の所有者は、地役権の行使を妨げない範囲内において、その行使のために承役地の上に設けられた工作物を使用することができる。
In the cases referred to in the preceding paragraph, the owner of the servient land must bear the expense for the installation and preservation of the structures in proportion to the benefit that owner receives.
