Supplementary Provisions, Article 15Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Unfair Competition Prevention Act
第十五条（不正競争防止法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the application of Article 26, paragraph (2) of the Unfair Competition Prevention Act as amended by the provisions of Article 22 (limited to the amending provisions prescribed in Article 1, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions) during the period from the item (iii) Effective Date to the day before the Effective Date, the phrase "documents or electronic or magnetic records which contain or record" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "documents which contain", and the phrase "electronic or magnetic records provided" is deemed to be replaced with "recording media on which electronic or magnetic records provided are recorded".
第三号施行日から施行日の前日までの間における第二十二条の規定（附則第一条第三号に規定する改正規定に限る。）による改正後の不正競争防止法第二十六条第二項の規定の適用については、同項中「記載し、又は記録した書面又は電磁的記録」とあるのは「記載した書面」と、「提供させた電磁的記録」とあるのは「提供させた電磁的記録を記録した記録媒体」とする。
