第二条（経過措置）
Except as otherwise provided, the provisions of the Unfair Competition Prevention Act after its amendment (referred to as "new Act" below) also apply to matters that arose before this Act came into effect; provided, however, that this does not preclude any effect that had arisen based on the Unfair Competition Prevention Act prior to its amendment (referred to as "former Act" below).
改正後の不正競争防止法（以下「新法」という。）の規定は、特別の定めがある場合を除いては、この法律の施行前に生じた事項にも適用する。ただし、改正前の不正競争防止法（以下「旧法」という。）によって生じた効力を妨げない。
