第三条（措置命令に関する経過措置）
An order issued before this Act comes into effect pursuant to the provisions of Article 7 of the Act on Regulation of Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail prior to amendment by this Act (referred to as "the former Act" in this Article) (limited to one relating to a provision of the former Act for which the new Act has a corresponding provision) is deemed to be an order issued pursuant to the provisions of Article 7 of the new Act.
