第二条（経過措置）
A person who intends to obtain the registration under Article 14, paragraph (1) of the Act on Regulation of Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail as amended by this Act (hereinafter referred to as "the new Act") may file an application for it even before this Act comes into effect. The same applies to the notification of operational rules under the provisions of Article 20, paragraph (1) of the new Act.
