A sender must not send specified electronic mails falsifying the following information on the sender (hereinafter referred to as "Sender Information") for sending or receiving electronic mails:
electronic mail address used for sending those electronic mails;
characters, numerical characters, marks, and other codes for identifying the telecommunications facilities used for sending those electronic mails.
