A person who has prepared machinery or materials, for the purpose of providing them for use in the criminal act specified in Article 26, paragraph (1) or paragraph (4), is subject to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years, or a fine not exceeding 500,000 yen.
A person who, for the purpose of providing for use in the criminal act specified in Article 26, paragraph (4), has acquired or provided information on a special permanent resident certificate electronic or magnetic record is penalized in the same way as that in the preceding paragraph.
第二十六条第四項の犯罪行為の用に供する目的で、特別永住者証明書電磁的記録の情報を取得し、又は提供した者も、前項と同様とする。
A person who has kept, for the purpose of providing for use in the criminal act specified in Article 26, paragraph (4), information on a special permanent resident certificate electronic or magnetic record that was unlawfully obtained is penalized in the same way as that in paragraph (1).
不正に取得された特別永住者証明書電磁的記録の情報を、第二十六条第四項の犯罪行為の用に供する目的で保管した者も、第一項と同様とする。
An attempt to commit the crime referred to in paragraph (2) is punishable.
第二項の罪の未遂は、罰する。
