A person who falls under any of the following items is to be punished with imprisonment for not more than 1 year or a fine not exceeding 200,000 yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、一年以下の拘禁刑又は二十万円以下の罰金に処する。
a person who has made use of another person's special permanent resident certificate.
他人名義の特別永住者証明書を行使した者
a person who, for the purpose of uttering, has provided, received, or possessed another person's special permanent resident certificate.
行使の目的で、他人名義の特別永住者証明書を提供し、収受し、又は所持した者
a person who, for the purpose of uttering, has provided that person's own special permanent resident certificate.
行使の目的で、自己名義の特別永住者証明書を提供した者
Attempts of the offences in the preceding paragraph (except for the part relating to possession) is punished.
前項（所持に係る部分を除く。）の罪の未遂は、罰する。
