第三条（掛金納付月数の通算等に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 18, Article 46, paragraph (1), item (i) and Article 55, paragraph (1), item (i) of the New SME Retirement Allowance Act apply to the retirement of a covered employee (meaning a covered employee prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (7) of the New SME Retirement Allowance Act; the same applies hereinafter in this Article) on or after April 1, 2014, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the retirement of a covered employee before that day.
新中退法第十八条、第四十六条第一項第一号及び第五十五条第一項第一号の規定は、被共済者（新中退法第二条第七項に規定する被共済者をいう。以下この条において同じ。）が平成二十六年四月一日以後に退職した場合について適用し、被共済者が同日前に退職した場合については、なお従前の例による。
