第九条（新機構の業務の実施に伴う特例）
In the case where the new Organization carries out the operations prescribed in Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions pursuant to the provisions of that Article, the term "this Act" in Article 91, item (i) of the New Act is deemed to be replaced with "this Act or the Act Partially Amending the Small and Medium Sized Enterprise Retirement Allowance Cooperative Act (Act No. 164 of 2002; hereinafter referred to as the "Partial Amendment Act")", and the term "Article 70" in item (ii) of that Article with "Article 70 and Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Partial Amendment Act".
附則第五条の規定により新機構が同条に規定する業務を行う場合には、新法第九十一条第一号中「この法律」とあるのは「この法律又は中小企業退職金共済法の一部を改正する法律（平成十四年法律第百六十四号。以下「一部改正法」という。）」と、同条第二号中「第七十条」とあるのは「第七十条及び一部改正法附則第五条」とする。
