第七条
With respect to the entrustment to a financial institution of part of the operations prescribed in Article 10 of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2002 Amendment Act that the former Organization, pursuant to Article 11, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2002 Amendment Act and with the authorization referred to in that paragraph, is actually carrying out at the time this Act comes into effect, it is deemed to be an entrustment that the new Organization is carrying out in relation to a financial institution pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of the preceding Article.
この法律の施行の際現に平成十四年改正法附則第十一条第一項の規定に基づき旧機構が同項の認可を受けて金融機関に対して行っている平成十四年改正法附則第十条に規定する業務の一部の委託については、新機構が前条第一項の規定に基づき金融機関に対して行っている委託とみなす。
