第十条（退職金共済契約等に関する経過措置）
A retirement allowance mutual aid contract or specified-industry retirement allowance mutual aid contract prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (3) or (5) of the Former Act that was concluded pursuant to the provisions of the Former Act is deemed to be a retirement allowance mutual aid contract or specified-industry retirement allowance mutual aid contract prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (3) or (5) of the New Act, respectively.
旧法の規定により締結された旧法第二条第三項又は第五項に規定する退職金共済契約又は特定業種退職金共済契約は、それぞれ、新法第二条第三項又は第五項に規定する退職金共済契約又は特定業種退職金共済契約とみなす。
A person who, at the time this Act comes into effect, was a mutual aid policyholder or covered employee prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (6) or (7) of the Former Act is deemed to be a person who was a mutual aid policyholder or covered employee prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (6) or (7) of the New Act, respectively.
