Supplementary Provisions, Article 13Adjustment Provisions Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Act Partially Amending the Basic Act on Cybersecurity and the Act on Facilitation of Information Processing
第十三条（サイバーセキュリティ基本法及び情報処理の促進に関する法律の一部を改正する法律の一部改正に伴う調整規定）
If the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Basic Act on Cybersecurity and the Act on Facilitation of Information Processing comes into effect is before the Effective Date, the provisions of the preceding Article do not apply.
サイバーセキュリティ基本法及び情報処理の促進に関する法律の一部を改正する法律の施行の日が施行日前である場合には、前条の規定は、適用しない。
