第二十八条（中小企業等協同組合法及び中小企業団体の組織に関する法律の特例）
Where a specified business operator, in accordance with a certified management capacity improvement plan (limited to one that states matters concerning business succession, etc. (limited to those pertaining to the measure listed in Article 2, paragraph (10), item (ix))), establishes the business cooperative, enterprise association and cooperative partnership pertaining to that certification by the day on which two months have elapsed from the date of that certification, with regard to the application of Article 24, paragraph (1) of the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Cooperatives Act (Act No. 181 of 1949) and Article 5-15, paragraph (1) of the Act on the Organization of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Association (Act No. 185 of 1957), the term "four or more persons" in these provisions is deemed to be replaced with "three or more persons".
