第二十五条（中小企業基盤整備機構の行う経営力向上促進業務及び事業再編投資円滑化業務）
The Organization for Small and Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, JAPAN, in order to promote management capacity improvement, conducts the business of guaranteeing obligations pertaining to borrowings of funds that a specified business operator, etc. (limited to a person listed in Article 2, paragraph (6), item (ii); the same applies hereinafter in this Article) requires in order to carry out a certified management capacity improvement project, and of guaranteeing obligations pertaining to corporate bonds issued by a specified business operator, etc. (limited to a company) in order to raise those funds.
