Article 35Concealment, etc. of Addresses, Names, etc. of Photographed Persons, etc.
第三十五条（撮影対象者等の住所、氏名等の秘匿等）
In the case where an action for revocation of a disposition, etc. listed in the items of Article 26, paragraph (1) or an action for revocation of a determination specified in the items of Article 29, paragraph (1) relating to that disposition, etc. has been filed, if a prima facie showing has been made that disclosure of all or part of the domicile, residence or other place where the photographed person, etc. relating to the covered retained article or covered electronic or magnetic record that is the subject of that disposition, etc. is ordinarily present (hereinafter in this paragraph referred to as the "address, etc.") is likely to cause a significant impediment to that photographed person, etc. in leading a social life, the court may, upon the defendant's petition, reach a judicial decision by ruling to conceal all or part of the address, etc. The same applies to the name of the photographed person, etc. and other information sufficient to identify that photographed person, etc.
第二十六条第一項各号に掲げる処分等の取消しの訴え又は当該処分等に係る第二十九条第一項各号に定める裁決の取消しの訴えの提起があった場合において、当該処分等の対象である対象領置物件又は対象電磁的記録に係る撮影対象者等の住所、居所その他当該撮影対象者等の通常所在する場所（以下この項において「住所等」という。）の全部又は一部が明らかにされることによって当該撮影対象者等が社会生活を営むのに著しい支障を生ずるおそれがあることにつき疎明があったときは、裁判所は、被告の申立てにより、決定で、住所等の全部又は一部を秘匿する旨の裁判をすることができる。撮影対象者等の氏名その他当該撮影対象者等を特定するに足りる事項についても、同様とする。
The provisions of Article 133, paragraph (2) of the Code of Civil Procedure (Act No. 109 of 1996) apply mutatis mutandis, respectively, to the case of filing the petition under the preceding paragraph; the provisions of paragraphs (3) and (4) of that Article, to the case where the petition under the preceding paragraph has been filed; the provisions of paragraph (5) of that Article, to the case of making the ruling under the preceding paragraph; and the provisions of Articles 133-2 and 133-4 of that Code, to the case where the ruling under that paragraph has been made. In this case, the words in the middle column of the following table that are set out in the provisions of that Code in the left column of the table are deemed to be replaced with the words set out respectively in the right column of the table.

民事訴訟法（平成八年法律第百九号）第百三十三条第二項の規定は前項の申立てをする場合について、同条第三項及び第四項の規定は前項の申立てがあった場合について、同条第五項の規定は前項の決定をする場合について、同法第百三十三条の二及び第百三十三条の四の規定は同項の決定があった場合について、それぞれ準用する。この場合において、次の表の上欄に掲げる同法の規定中同表の中欄に掲げる字句は、それぞれ同表の下欄に掲げる字句に読み替えるものとする。
