Supplementary Provisions, Article 28Adjustment Provisions Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Secondhand Goods Business Act
第二十八条（古物営業法の一部改正に伴う調整規定）
If the Item (ii) Effective Date falls before the date on which the provisions set forth in the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Secondhand Goods Business Act come into effect, then, in Article 10, in the provisions amending Article 4 of the Secondhand Goods Business Act, the phrase "In Article 4, item (x), replacing 'item (vii)' with 'item (viii)', renumbering the same item as item (xi) of the same Article, renumbering item (ix) of the same Article as item (x) of the same Article, in the proviso to item (viii) of the same Article, replacing 'item (x)' with 'item (xi)', renumbering the same item as item (ix) of the same Article, item (vii) of the same Article" is deemed to be replaced with "In Article 4, item (viii), replacing 'item (v)' with 'item (vi)', renumbering the same item as item (ix) of the same Article, renumbering item (vii) of the same Article as item (viii) of the same Article, in the proviso to item (vi) of the same Article, replacing 'item (viii)' with 'item (ix)', renumbering the same item as item (vii) of the same Article, item (v) of the same Article", the phrase "(viii) mental or physical" is deemed to be replaced with "(vi) mental or physical", and in the provisions amending Article 6, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the same Act, the phrase "In Article 6, paragraph (1), item (ii), replacing 'item (ix)' with 'item (x)'" is deemed to be replaced with "In Article 6, item (ii), replacing 'item (vii) of the same Article' with 'item (viii)'".
第二号施行日が古物営業法の一部を改正する法律附則第一条ただし書に掲げる規定の施行の日前である場合には、第十条のうち、古物営業法第四条の改正規定中「第四条第十号中「第七号」を「第八号」に改め、同号を同条第十一号とし、同条第九号を同条第十号とし、同条第八号ただし書中「第十号」を「第十一号」に改め、同号を同条第九号とし、同条第七号」とあるのは「第四条第八号中「第五号」を「第六号」に改め、同号を同条第九号とし、同条第七号を同条第八号とし、同条第六号ただし書中「第八号」を「第九号」に改め、同号を同条第七号とし、同条第五号」と、「八 心身」とあるのは「六 心身」と、同法第六条第一項第二号の改正規定中「第六条第一項第二号中「第九号」を「第十号」とあるのは「第六条第二号中「同条第七号」を「第八号」とする。
In the case referred to in the preceding paragraph, in the Act Partially Amending the Secondhand Goods Business Act, in the provisions amending Article 4 of the Secondhand Goods Business Act, the phrase "in item (viii) of the same Article, replacing 'item (v)' with 'item (vii)'" is deemed to be replaced with "in item (ix) of the same Article, replacing 'item (vi)' with 'item (viii)'", the phrase "as item (x) of the same Article, item (vii) of the same Article" is deemed to be replaced with "as item (xi) of the same Article, item (viii) of the same Article", the phrase "as item (ix) of the same Article, in the proviso to item (vi) of the same Article, replacing 'item (viii)' with 'item (x)'" is deemed to be replaced with "as item (x) of the same Article, in the proviso to item (vii) of the same Article, replacing 'item (ix)' with 'item (xi)'", and the phrase "as item (viii) of the same Article" is deemed to be replaced with "as item (ix) of the same Article, renumbering item (vi) of the same Article as item (viii) of the same Article"; in the provisions amending Article 6, item (ii) of the same Act, the phrase "'item (vii) of the same Article' with 'item (ix)'" is deemed to be replaced with "'item (viii)' with 'item (x)'"; and in the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions, the phrase "item (vii) of the same Article" is deemed to be replaced with "item (viii) of the same Article".
前項の場合において、古物営業法の一部を改正する法律のうち、古物営業法第四条の改正規定中「同条第八号中「第五号」を「第七号」とあるのは「同条第九号中「第六号」を「第八号」と、「同条第十号とし、同条第七号」とあるのは「同条第十一号とし、同条第八号」と、「同条第九号とし、同条第六号ただし書中「第八号」を「第十号」とあるのは「同条第十号とし、同条第七号ただし書中「第九号」を「第十一号」と、「同条第八号とし」とあるのは「同条第九号とし、同条第六号を同条第八号とし」と、同法第六条第二号の改正規定中「同条第七号」を「第九号」とあるのは「第八号」を「第十号」と、附則第一条ただし書中「同条第七号」とあるのは「同条第八号」とする。
