この法律の施行の際現に第二条の規定による改正前の古物営業法第五条第一項の規定によりされている営業所の管理者の廃止の許可の申請は、第二条の規定による改正後の古物営業法第五条第二項の規定による営業所の管理者の廃止の届出とみなす。

第二条の規定による改正前の古物営業法第十九条第一項の規定による承認に係る帳簿については、第二条の規定による改正後の古物営業法第十九条第一項の規定は、適用しない。
