Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 15, paragraph (1), the provisions renumbering paragraph (2) of the same Article as paragraph (3) of the same Article and adding one paragraph after paragraph (1) of the same Article, the provisions amending Article 16, and the provisions amending Article 22, paragraphs (1) and (2) (limited to the part amending "police officer") come into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding six months from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、第十五条第一項の改正規定、同条第二項を同条第三項とし、同条第一項の次に一項を加える改正規定、第十六条の改正規定並びに第二十二条第一項及び第二項の改正規定（「警察官」を改める部分に限る。）は、公布の日から起算して六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
