In Article 1 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 99 of 1963, the provisions of that Act amending the rules for ordinary local governments (普通地方公共団体) on the division of accounts, the preparation, resolution and contents of budgets, continuing expenditure, carried-over appropriations, debt-burden acts, the division of revenue and expenditure, reserve funds, supplementary and provisional budgets, local bonds and temporary borrowings, together with Articles 4, 5(1), (2) and (4), 6(1) and 8 of its supplementary provisions; they came into effect on 1 January 1964.

新高齢者医療確保法（しんこうれいしゃいりょうかくほほう）

Short name, in Article 35 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 83 of 2014, for the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People (Act No. 80 of 1982) as amended by Article 18 of that Act (only the amendments listed in Article 1, item (iii) of its supplementary provisions), as Article 16 of the supplementary provisions of the National Health Insurance Act as amended by that Act applies it.

予算関係の改正規定（よさんかんけいのかいせいきてい）

In Article 4-3, paragraph (10) of this Act as Article 3, paragraph (3) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 79 of 2002 reads it, the business year of a corporation whose business year begins after joining (加入後開始法人) that contains the last day of the applying corporation's first consolidated business year.
