公共事業施行者（こうきょうじぎょうしこうしゃ）

In Articles 33-4 and 65-2, the person who offers to buy, extinguish, exchange, demolish, remove or use an asset that is then transferred by expropriation or a similar transfer.

国際最低課税残余法人税等施行日（こくさいさいていかぜいざんよほうじんぜいとうしこうび）

In Article 82-11, paragraph (3), the date a Ministry of Finance Order (財務省令) sets as the date internationally recognised as the earliest on which a law came into force charging corporation tax on the international minimum tax residual amount (国際最低課税残余額), or an equivalent foreign tax; paragraph (3) counts five years from the first covered fiscal year (対象会計年度) beginning on or after it in which a group is a specified multinational enterprise group (特定多国籍企業グループ等), and during them a group in the initial phase of its international activity, as a Cabinet Order (政令) defines it, has a residual amount of zero.

隣接施行敷地権（りんせつしこうしきちけん）

The ownership and registered leasehold (借地権) of an adjacent project site (隣接施行敷地), as Article 55, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Act on Facilitation of the Regeneration, etc. of Condominiums names them, in the rules on transfers of land, etc. to the implementer of a condominium regeneration project (マンション再生事業).

Short name, in items (v) and (vi) of Article 3-3, paragraph (2), for the Cabinet Order (政令) enforcing the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (Cabinet Order No. 155 of 2014), whose Article 14 lists the cases in which an Individual Number Card (個人番号カード) ceases to be valid.

In Articles 7 and 8 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 57 of 2017, the transition plan (移行計画) of a medical corporation certified before the item (ii) Effective Date (第二号施行日前認定医療法人) that was certified before 1 October 2017.

改正前国共済施行法（かいせいまえこくきょうさいしこうほう）

一号施行日（いちごうしこうび）

1 January 2024, the date the provisions listed in Article 1, item 1 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 1 of 2023 come into effect.

信託法施行日（しんたくほうしこうび）

The day set in Article 1, item (vii) of the supplementary provisions of the 2007 amending law (Act No. 6 of 2007), the date the new Trust Act came into effect.

五年施行日（ごねんしこうび）

1 October 2023, the date set in Article 1, item (ix) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 15 of 2016 on which the provisions that item lists come into effect, chiefly Article 5 of that Act apart from the parts it excepts.

二号施行日（にごうしこうび）

1 January 2025, the date the provisions listed in Article 1, item 2 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 4 of 2024 come into effect.

四号施行日（よんごうしこうび）

The date the provisions listed in Article 1, item 4 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 7 of 2025 come into effect: a date a Cabinet Order (政令) sets within seven months of the Act's promulgation (公布).
