引継受託者
In Article 40(11), the person to whom the original trustee's assets from a gift pass when its duties end, or when it merges or is split — the new trustee, the merged or new corporation, or the corporation succeeding to the trustee's rights — limited to a trustee of that public interest trust eligible under Article 40(1)(ii) whose appointment, or a related change, was authorized or notified under the Act on Public Interest Trusts (公益信託に関する法律).
A person who, by the renewal date, has held a driving license (免許) continuously for five years or more and whose record of complying with the driving rules of this Act and related laws meets the standard a Cabinet Order (政令) sets for a good record, as the table of Article 95-6, paragraph (1) defines it.
