経過措置医療法人
In Article 70-7-13, a transitional medical corporation (経過措置医療法人) as Article 70-7-12, paragraph (2) uses the term; an heir who inherits an equity interest (持分) in one that is a certified medical corporation (認定医療法人) and gives it up before the inheritance tax return deadline pays less inheritance tax.

後期高齢者支援金等
The support payment for persons in the late stage of old age (後期高齢者支援金) and the related administrative expense contribution (後期高齢者関係事務費拠出金) that Article 118, paragraph 1 of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People has collected from insurers, which in Article 703-4 a prefecture's (都道府県) national health insurance special account bears.

In Article 47-2, paragraph (6), item (iii) and paragraph (8), item (iii), an issuer of electronic payment instruments (電子決済手段) that Article 62-8, paragraph (2) of the Payment Services Act treats as an electronic payment instruments service provider (電子決済手段等取引業者) when it carries on that business itself under paragraph (1) of that Article.
前期高齢者に係る流行初期医療確保拠出金の額
For an insurer, the part of its contribution for securing medical care in the early phase of an epidemic (流行初期医療確保拠出金) under the Act on the Prevention of Infectious Diseases and Medical Care for Patients with Infectious Diseases for the fiscal year before last that relates to its young-old participants (前期高齢者である加入者), as a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Order (厚生労働省令) calculates it; it counts in working out the insurer's fixed young-old subsidy (確定前期高齢者交付金) and fixed young-old payment (確定前期高齢者納付金).
An organized crime group member as defined in Article 2, item (vi) of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members, or a person who ceased to be one less than five years ago.

In Article 193-2, paragraphs (1) and (4) and Article 193-3, the balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other documents on financial accounting, as specified by Cabinet Office Order (内閣府令), that a specified issuer (特定発行者) — a company whose securities are listed on a financial instruments exchange, or another person a Cabinet Order (政令) specifies — submits under this Act, and which must be audited and certified by a certified public accountant or audit firm (監査法人) with no special interest in it.
In Article 10-5, a cryptoasset exchange service provider (暗号資産交換業者) other than the one making the transfer, or a foreign cryptoasset exchange service provider as defined in Article 2, paragraph (17) of the Payment Services Act, except one located in a country or region a Cabinet Order (政令) specifies.
