In Article 70-3, paragraph (1), items (xix) and (xx), the State (国), local governments (地方公共団体), and medical corporations and other providers of medical care that a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Order (厚生労働省令) sets, to one of which a regional medical coordination promotion corporation's articles of incorporation (定款) must provide that it will give, within one month after its approval for medical coordination promotion (医療連携推進認定) is revoked, property equal to any remaining property it acquired for that purpose.

An employment contract with a specified skilled worker (特定技能) that meets the criteria a Ministry of Justice Order (法務省令) sets under Article 2-5, paragraphs (1) and (2), which the employing organization in Japan must perform properly.

Under Article 8, paragraph (4), item (vi), the national plan's estimate of the expenses required for medical care over the plan period, calculated as a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Order (厚生労働省令) sets from the results expected under item (v) from promoting the differentiation and coordination of hospital bed functions, the expected effect on medical expenses of promoting people's health and efficient medical care to reach the targets of items (i) and (ii), and other matters the Order names; Article 11, paragraph (7) refers to it.

The prefectural target for expenses required for medical care: the expected cost of medical care over the period of a prefectural plan for the optimization of medical expenses (都道府県医療費適正化計画), worked out as a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Order (厚生労働省令) provides, in light of the expected results of differentiating and coordinating bed functions (病床の機能) and the savings expected from promoting residents' health and the efficient provision of medical care to meet the plan's targets.

原爆一般疾病医療費の支給等（げんばくいっぱんしっぺいいりょうひのしきゅうとう）

The foreign corporations (外国法人) Article 78, paragraph 1, item 3 of the supplementary provisions (附則) lists for the International Horticultural Expo 2027: official participants (公式参加者) — foreign states or international organizations that accepted the Japanese Government's official invitation to take part —, foreign corporations a Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Order (総務省令) sets that do an official participant's non-profit Expo work, and the Bureau International des Expositions (博覧会国際事務局).

The second medical examination (二次健康診断) and the health guidance based on it that the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act provides under Article 7, paragraph (1) and Article 26, for workers whose latest regular medical examination found abnormal results on every one of the tests a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Order (厚生労働省令) specifies for brain and heart disease, unless they already show symptoms of such disease.

In Article 6 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 16 of 2019, a notification card as provided for in Article 7(1) of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures as it stood before Article 4 of Act No. 16 of 2019 amended it: the card by which the mayor of a municipality told a person their Individual Number (個人番号).

前期老人医療費見込額（ぜんきろうじんいりょうひみこみがく）

In Article 16 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 102 of 2002, an insurer's estimated elderly medical expenses for the earlier period: the expected cost, as a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Order (厚生労働省令) calculates it, of the medical care, etc. (医療等) that municipalities (市町村) pay for in fiscal 2003 for the insurer's participants aged 75 or over, etc. (七十五歳以上の加入者等) and that is given before 1 October 2003; the insurer's estimated medical expense contribution (概算医療費拠出金) for fiscal 2003 is worked out from it.
