改正前の昭和六十年改正法附則第五十九条第一項（かいせいまえのしょうわろくじゅうねんかいせいほうふそくだいごじゅうきゅうじょうだいいっこう）

In Article 21, paragraphs (14) and (15) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 18 of 2000, Article 59, paragraph (1) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 34 of 1985 as it stood before Article 13 of Act No. 18 of 2000 amended it, which stays in force, with the wording those paragraphs give it, for calculating the amounts listed in Article 21, paragraph (1).

改正前確定拠出年金法（かいせいまえかくていきょしゅつねんきんほう）

In Article 5 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 66 of 2016, the Defined Contribution Pension Act as it stood before Article 3 of that Act amended it.

改正法（かいせいほう）

Short name for Act No. 79 of 2009, which amended the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act and the Special Act on the Immigration Control of, inter alia, those who have lost Japanese Nationality pursuant to the Treaty of Peace with Japan, among other laws.

改正基準省令（かいせいきじゅんしょうれい）

Short name for the Ministry of Justice Order that amended the Ministerial Order on Criteria (基準省令), which sets the landing criteria under Article 7, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act: Order No. 10 of 2010 in the supplementary provisions (附則) of Order No. 9 of 2010, and Order No. 35 of 2014 in those of Order No. 34 of 2014.

Each of the laws as amended by the amending Act these supplementary provisions belong to.

改正前国民年金法（かいせいまえこくみんねんきんほう）

This Act as it stood before Article 7 of Act No. 66 of 2016 amended it.

改正前の老齢厚生年金（かいせいまえのろうれいこうせいねんきん）

In Article 31 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 95 of 1994, an employees' old-age pension (老齢厚生年金) under Article 8 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as it stood before that Act amended it; for a person entitled to one before 1 April 1995, Article 8 and Article 15, paragraph (1) of the supplementary provisions (附則) as amended do not apply.

改正前の特例老齢年金（かいせいまえのとくれいろうれいねんきん）

In Article 32 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 95 of 1994, a special old-age pension (特例老齢年金) under Article 28-3, paragraph (1) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as it stood before that Act amended it; for a person entitled to one before 1 April 1995, Article 28-3, paragraph (1) of the supplementary provisions (附則) as amended does not apply.

改正後の租税特別措置法（かいせいごのそぜいとくべつそちほう）

This Act as amended by Act No. 76 of 1992.

改正前の昭和四十四年改正法（かいせいまえのしょうわよんじゅうよねんかいせいほう）

In Article 25 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 14 of 1972, the 1969 Act partially amending this Act (租税特別措置法の一部を改正する法律) as it stood before Article 24 of those supplementary provisions amended it.

改正後平成二十五年厚生年金等改正法（かいせいごへいせいにじゅうごねんこうせいねんきんとうかいせいほう）

Short name, in Article 17 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 64 of 2014, for the 2013 Act partially amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act and other Acts to ensure the soundness and reliability of the public pension system (Act No. 63 of 2013) as amended by Article 14 of Act No. 64 of 2014; its provisions on late-payment charges (延滞金) listed in that Article apply to the part of those charges for periods from 1 January 2015.

改正法（かいせいほう）

Short name, in Article 2, paragraph (4) and Article 5 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 141 of 2000, for that Act itself, the Act Partially Amending the Medical Care Act, etc. (Act No. 141 of 2000), as written into the provisions of this Act that those Articles read with words replaced.

改正法（かいせいほう）

Short name, in Articles 1 and 2 of the supplementary provisions (附則) this Cabinet Order (政令) was made with, for the 2009 Act (Act No. 79 of 2009) amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act and the Special Act on the Immigration Control of, inter alia, those who have lost Japanese Nationality pursuant to the Treaty of Peace with Japan, which came into effect on 9 July 2012; this Cabinet Order came into effect on the same day.

改正法（かいせいほう）

Short name, in the wording Article 68, paragraph (2) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 109 of 1988 substitutes into Article 42-2 of this Act as it stood before that Act, for that same Act, the 1988 Act partially amending the Income Tax Act and other Acts (所得税法等の一部を改正する法律, Act No. 109 of 1988).

改正法（かいせいほう）

In the wording that Article 4, paragraph (2) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 86 of 2012 reads into Article 79-30, paragraph (1) of this Act, short name for that Act itself, the Act Partially Amending the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, etc. (Act No. 86 of 2012).

改正法（かいせいほう）

Short name for the Act Partially Amending the Employment Insurance Act, etc. (Act No. 31 of 2003), used in the wording that the supplementary provisions (附則) of that Act substitute into provisions of this Act for cases that straddle its coming into effect.

改正後の法（かいせいごのほう）

This Act as amended by Act No. 56 of 1994.

改正後徴収法（かいせいごちょうしゅうほう）

This Act as amended by Article 4 of Act No. 14 of 2020.

改正前の法律第百五号（かいせいまえのほうりつだいひゃくごごう）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 34 of 1985, the Act Partially Amending the Mariners Insurance Act (Act No. 105 of 1965) as it stood before Article 107 of those supplementary provisions amended it; under Article 86, its provisions on who qualifies for a special old-age pension (特例老齢年金) stay in force for people born on or before 1 April 1926 and for certain people already entitled to an old-age or retirement pension the day before Act No. 34 of 1985 came into effect.
