基準省令（きじゅんしょうれい）

Short name for Ministry of Justice Order No. 16 of 1990, which sets the criteria referred to in Article 7, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act: the criteria a foreign national coming to Japan for the activities in Appended Table I(2) or I(4) of that Act must meet to be allowed to land.

暫定措置法（ざんていそちほう）

Short name for the Act No. 76 of 1983 on interim measures for the rights of authors and others in the lending of commercial phonograms (商業用レコード) to the public, which the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 46 of 1984 repealed.

改正基準省令（かいせいきじゅんしょうれい）

Short name for the Ministry of Justice Order that amended the Ministerial Order on Criteria (基準省令), which sets the landing criteria under Article 7, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act: Order No. 10 of 2010 in the supplementary provisions (附則) of Order No. 9 of 2010, and Order No. 35 of 2014 in those of Order No. 34 of 2014.

投資顧問業法（とうしこもんぎょうほう）

Short name, in Article 1 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 97 of 2004, for the law regulating securities investment advisory business (有価証券に係る投資顧問業の規制等に関する法律), Article 29-3 of which Article 6 of that Act amended.

産競法等改正法（さんきょうほうとうかいせいほう）

Short name for the Act Partially Amending the Act on Strengthening Industrial Competitiveness, etc. (Act No. 26 of 2018), in the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 7 of 2018.

平成元年改正法（へいせいがんねんかいせいほう）

Short name for the Act Partially Amending the Copyright Act (Act No. 43 of 1989).

実演家等保護条約（じつえんかとうほごじょうやく）

Short name for the International Convention for the Protection of Performers, Producers of Phonograms and Broadcasting Organisations (実演家、レコード製作者及び放送機関の保護に関する国際条約).

普通仮免許（ふつうかりめんきょ）

The provisional standard motor vehicle license (普通自動車仮免許) of Article 84, paragraph (5) of the Road Traffic Act as amended by Article 4 of Act No. 90 of 2004, as Article 6, paragraph (1) of that Act's supplementary provisions (附則) names it in saying which license held under the earlier wording is deemed to be which license under the new one; a provisional standard motor vehicle license held under the earlier wording is deemed to be this one.

Short name for the Act Partially Amending the Income Tax Act, etc. (Act No. 13 of 2025).

会社法関係整備法（かいしゃほうかんけいせいびほう）

Short name for the Act on Arrangement of Relevant Acts Incidental to Enforcement of the Companies Act (Act No. 87 of 2005).

視聴覚的実演条約（しちょうかくてきじつえんじょうやく）

Short name for the Beijing Treaty on Audiovisual Performances (視聴覚的実演に関する北京条約).

民間国際機関類似標章（みんかんこくさいきかんるいじひょうしょう）

In Article 9 of this Act's original supplementary provisions (附則), a mark similar to that of an international organization (国際機関類似標章) under Article 17, other than one identical or similar to an emblem, flag or other insignia, abbreviation or name of an intergovernmental international organization designated by the competent minister (主務大臣) under Article 4-2 of the former Act, the Unfair Competition Prevention Act of 1934 (Act No. 14 of 1934) as it stood before this Act replaced it.

産業競争力強化法改正法（さんぎょうきょうそうりょくきょうかほうかいせいほう）

Short name for the Act Partially Amending the Act on Strengthening Industrial Competitiveness, etc. (Act No. 26 of 2018), in Article 55-3 of this Act as it stood before Act No. 4 of 2017, which the supplementary provisions (附則) of that 2017 Act keep in effect.

昭和五十三年法律第十一号（しょうわごじゅうさんねんほうりつだいじゅういちごう）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 9 of 1978, short name for Act No. 11 of 1978, which amended the Act on Special Measures Concerning Taxation and the Act on Fund for Smooth Management of National Tax Revenue.

農地中間管理事業法等改正法（のうちちゅうかんかんりじぎょうほうとうかいせいほう）

Short name for the Act Partially Amending the Act on the Promotion of Farmland Intermediary Management Services, etc. (Act No. 12 of 2019).

昭和六十年国家公務員共済改正法（しょうわろくじゅうねんこっかこうむいんきょうさいかいせいほう）

Short name, in the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 34 of 1985, for Act No. 105 of 1985, the 1985 Act partially amending the mutual aid association law for national public officers and other laws.

産業活力再生特別措置法等改正法（さんぎょうかつりょくさいせいとくべつそちほうとうかいせいほう）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 13 of 2009, short name for the Act that amended the special measures law for industrial revitalization (産業活力再生特別措置法) and other laws to promote innovation in industrial activities in Japan, under which mining and manufacturing technology research associations (鉱工業技術研究組合) became technology research associations (技術研究組合).

整備法（せいびほう）

In Article 9 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 30 of 2018, short name for the Act No. 108 of 2016 that adjusted related Acts for Japan's conclusion of the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement and of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership.

整備法（せいびほう）

Short name, in Article 2 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 36 of 2009, for the Act that arranged related laws when the Act amending the unemployment insurance and industrial accident compensation insurance laws, and the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance, came into effect.
