労働者派遣法
Short name for this Act, the Act on Ensuring the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Services and Protecting Dispatched Workers (Act No. 88 of 1985), used in the wording it writes into other Acts and in the supplementary provisions of Acts that amended it.
課税長期譲渡所得金額
The amount of long-term capital gains (長期譲渡所得の金額) on land, buildings and the like held for more than five years, after the deductions in Articles 72 to 87 of the Income Tax Act as reworded by Article 31, paragraph (3), item (iii) where they apply; income tax of 15% of it is charged separately from other income.

In Article 42-4(12) and (13), the business year for which a group tax sharing corporation (通算法人), or a corporation that was one, applies the tax credit for experimental research expenses in Article 42-4(1) or (4) (for a group tax sharing subsidiary, that business year as Article 42-4(8)(i) reads those paragraphs).
In Article 23, paragraph (1) of the Corporation Tax Act as this paragraph reads it, the trust corporation, as defined in Article 4-3 of that Act, of a specific purpose trust (特定目的信託).

A design review (設計審査) or a post-manufacturing inspection (製造時等検査) of specified machinery (特定機械等): the work a registered agency for design reviews and post-manufacturing inspections is registered to do.

In the table of Article 69, paragraph (23), the words of paragraph (18) that define the covered business year — each business year of a group tax sharing corporation (通算法人) — which, for a group tax sharing corporation dissolved by merger or whose residual assets have been determined, that table replaces with words referring to the time after the merger or determination and to its final business year (最終事業年度).
A document in which a person requesting administrative review (審査請求) of a decision listed in Article 61-2-12, paragraph (1) — such as a refusal to recognise them as a refugee or as a person eligible for complementary protection, the revocation of that recognition, or a failure to act on their application — sets out their opinion and other arguments against it; in these reviews it takes the place of the written counterargument (反論書) of the Administrative Complaint Review Act.
In Article 34 of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, as Article 62-17 applies it to electronic payment instruments service providers, a contract to carry out financial instruments transactions (金融商品取引行為) with or for a customer; the table in Article 62-17, paragraph (2) replaces it with a specified contract for electronic payment instruments transaction (特定電子決済手段等取引契約).
Short name for the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act, used in the wording this paragraph substitutes into the Administrative Complaint Review Act when that Act is applied to a request for review (審査請求) of a refugee or complementary protection decision under Article 61-2-12, paragraph (1).
In Article 133 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the person who makes a petition or other filing, or that person's legal representative, whose address or name the court may order kept confidential; Article 35, paragraph (2) reads that Article for this Act's court cases with the photographed persons, etc. (撮影対象者等) in that place.

For 2024 income tax, the first period for paying income tax prepayments (予定納税額) under Article 104, paragraph (1) of the Income Tax Act, which Article 41-3-4 extends for that year to run from 1 July to 30 September 2024; the amount a resident pays in it is reduced by the special deduction for prepaid tax (予定納税特別控除額).
In Article 101, paragraph (2), Article 2, paragraphs (28) to (32) and Articles 52-63 to 52-83 of the Banking Act, with the penal provisions on them, which Article 101, paragraph (1) applies to designated dispute resolution organizations (指定紛争解決機関) with the terms its table replaces.

The written counterargument (反論書) that, under Article 30, paragraph (1) of the Administrative Complaint Review Act, answers what is stated in the written explanation (弁明書) sent under Article 29, paragraph (5) of that Act; for requests for administrative review (審査請求) under Article 61-2-12 of this Act it is replaced by a written statement (申述書).
