In Article 19, paragraph (3), leave taken by employees (職員): childcare leave (育児休業) under Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Act on Childcare Leave, etc. of Diet Officers (Act No. 108 of 1991), Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Act on Childcare Leave, etc. of National Public Officers (Act No. 109 of 1991) (including as applied under Article 27, paragraph (1) of that Act and under the Act on Temporary Measures concerning Court Officials (Act No. 299 of 1951)) or Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Act on Childcare Leave, etc. of Local Public Officers (Act No. 110 of 1991), childcare leave as defined in Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Act on Childcare Leave for Judges (Act No. 111 of 1991), and other leave that a Cabinet Office Order (内閣府令) sets as equivalent to these.

Childcare leave (育児休業) under Article 2, item (i) of the Act on Childcare Leave, Caregiver Leave, and Other Measures for the Welfare of Workers Caring for Children or Other Family Members, leave under the measures corresponding to the childcare leave system that its Article 23, paragraph (2) and Article 24, paragraph (1) (as to its item (ii)) provide for, and childcare leave under the Act on Childcare Leave, etc. of Diet Officers, the Act on Childcare Leave, etc. of National Public Officers (including as applied under its Article 27, paragraph (1) and the Act on Temporary Measures concerning Court Officials), the Act on Childcare Leave, etc. of Local Public Officers and the Act on Childcare Leave for Judges.
The amount equivalent to total monthly remuneration: the sum of a beneficiary's standard monthly remuneration (標準報酬月額) and one twelfth of the standard bonus amounts (標準賞与額) for the year up to and including the month in question — for a Diet or local assembly member, and for an employed person aged 70 or over, amounts equivalent to these, for the former partly set by Cabinet Order (政令) — which Article 46, paragraph (1) uses to work out how much of an employees' old-age pension (老齢厚生年金) is suspended.
In Articles 24-4-2 and 24-4-3, a document stating that the content of an annual securities report (有価証券報告書) has been confirmed as appropriate under the laws and regulations on financial instruments and exchange (金融商品取引法令), which the companies a Cabinet Order (政令) specifies among those filing such a report must file with it.

Documents a foreign company must attach to the English-language documents it may file in place of a securities registration statement (Article 5, paragraph (7)), an annual securities report (Article 24, paragraph (9)) or a semiannual securities report (Article 24-5, paragraph (8)): a Japanese translation of a summary of the matters in them that a Cabinet Office Order (内閣府令) specifies, a document stating matters that Order specifies which they leave out, and anything else it specifies.

In Article 24, paragraphs (8), (9) and (11) to (13) as Article 24-4-4, paragraph (6) applies them to a reporting foreign company (報告書提出外国会社), the internal control report (内部統制報告書) under Article 24-4-4, paragraph (1) or (2) and the documents that paragraph (4) of that Article requires to be attached to it.

In Article 43, internet materials (インターネット資料) as defined in Article 25-3, paragraph (1) of the National Diet Library Act: characters, images, sounds or programs recorded by electronic, magnetic or similar means that the organs of the national and local governments and the corporations listed in Articles 24 and 24-2 of that Act have made available to the public over the internet, or that have been made available through internet services they provide.

In Articles 11 to 11-4, 13-5 and 13-6 of the supplementary provisions (附則), a day on which the beneficiary of an employees' old-age pension (老齢厚生年金) under Article 8 of the supplementary provisions is an insured — a day on which the person is an insured (被保険者である日) — or is a member of the Diet or of a local assembly who has held that seat without a break since a day in an earlier month.
