Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2014, and the provisions of the Act on Special Accounts as amended by this Act (hereinafter referred to as "the New Act on Special Accounts") apply from the budget for fiscal 2014.
この法律は、平成二十六年四月一日から施行し、この法律による改正後の特別会計に関する法律（以下「新特別会計法」という。）の規定は、平成二十六年度の予算から適用する。
