A person falling under any of the following items is to be punished with imprisonment for not more than 3 years or a fine not exceeding 3 million yen, or is to be subject to the cumulative imposition of imprisonment and a fine:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、三年以下の拘禁刑若しくは三百万円以下の罰金に処し、又はこれを併科する。
a person who obtains a license as provided for in Article 3, paragraph (1), by unlawful means;
不正の手段によつて第三条第一項の免許を受けた者
a person who contravenes a provision of Article 12, paragraph (1);
第十二条第一項の規定に違反した者
a person who has another person engages in the Real Estate Brokerage in contravention of the provisions of Article 13, paragraph (1);
a person who engages in operations in contravention of an order for the suspension of operations made under Article 65, paragraph (2) or (4).
