If the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism or a prefectural governor intends to carry out a disposition under Article 65 or 68, said minister or prefectural governor must hold a hearing irrespective of the classification of procedures for stating opinions under Article 13, paragraph (1) of the Administrative Procedures Act.
国土交通大臣又は都道府県知事は、第六十五条又は第六十八条の規定による処分をしようとするときは、行政手続法第十三条第一項の規定による意見陳述のための手続の区分にかかわらず、聴聞を行わなければならない。
The provisions of Article 16-15, paragraphs (3) through (5), apply mutatis mutandis to any hearing that pertains to a disposition under Article 65; Article 66; Article 67-2, paragraph (1) or (2); Article 68; or the preceding article.
第十六条の十五第三項から第五項までの規定は、第六十五条、第六十六条、第六十七条の二第一項若しくは第二項、第六十八条又は前条の規定による処分に係る聴聞について準用する。
