Article 64-23Depositing of security deposit for operations where a designation is rescinded
第六十四条の二十三（指定の取消し等の場合の営業保証金の供託）
If a Real Estate Transaction Guarantee Association is subject to a rescission of designation under Article 64-2, paragraph (1), or dissolution, a Real Estate Transaction Guarantee Association constituting a former member of said Real Estate Transaction Guarantee Association must deposit a security deposit for operations pursuant to the provisions of Article 25, paragraphs (1) through (3) within two weeks of the date of the public notification under paragraph (2) of the preceding article. In such a case, the provisions of paragraph (4) of the same article apply.
宅地建物取引業保証協会が第六十四条の二第一項の規定による指定を取り消され、又は解散した場合においては、当該宅地建物取引業保証協会の社員であつた宅地建物取引業者は、前条第二項の規定による公示の日から二週間以内に、第二十五条第一項から第三項までの規定により営業保証金を供託しなければならない。この場合においては、同条第四項の規定の適用があるものとする。
