A Real Estate Information Network System must not, in connection with the performance of operations as listed in paragraph (1), items (i) and (ii) of the preceding article (hereinafter referred to as in this Section as "Registration Operations"), improperly engage in the discriminatory treatment of a person intending to register a Building Lot or building or another Real Estate Broker intending to utilize said Real Estate Information Network System.
