Article 26A Security deposit for operations for the construction of a new business office
第二十六条（事務所新設の場合の営業保証金）
If a Real Estate Broker establishes a new business office after the commencement of business (such as where a business office is expanded in a case falling under any of the items listed in Article 7, paragraph (1)), the Real Estate Broker must deposit a security deposit for operations in the amount as specified by Cabinet Order under paragraph (2) of the preceding article for said business office.
The provisions of paragraph (1) and paragraphs (3) through (5) of the preceding article apply mutatis mutandis to a case in which a deposit is made pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
前条第一項及び第三項から第五項までの規定は、前項の規定により供託する場合に準用する。
